Sunset Bay Cottage Subdivision is a serene, permanent year-round, or seasonal residential community which consists of 95 cottages. Sunset Bay is located on the Lee River, with road access off of Provincial Road 315.
It features a Cottage Owners Association, private boat launch, private docks, and a public beach. Easy access to winter activities like snowmobiling and ice fishing.
Since 1982, our non-profit association has acted on behalf of the members, by organizing community events, working toward a common goal with its members and ensuring a safe community for all.
The Sunset Bay offers a peaceful, scenic, and as its name suggests, a memorable location for viewing sunsets over the water viewed by either land or on the water.
