In order to organize staff and equipment, public works will be implementing a work order system. Requests will be reviewed, prioritized, from high to low, and added to our existing lists.
Most maintenance falls into the same time frame each year. The following schedule will apply:

| June | Gravel placement on scheduled roads followed by dust control |
| July | Road projects, grass cutting and drainage |
| Fall | Preparations for winter |
