The Auglen Park & District Community Association Inc. is run by volunteers with a Vision to keep our community a better place for all to enjoy.
General Meetings are held on Sunday of the May long weekend and Saturday of the September long weekend each year.
Elections for officers take place at the September long weekend.
A Spring Newsletter is sent via email or mail to all Members.
A community telephone directory is published every second year and provided to Paid Membership and Advertisers.
Boat docking space is available for Paid members
Our Family Fun Day and Annual Horseshoe Tournament are held on Sunday of the September long weekend.
Current community concerns include drainage and the condition of roads in the community
Projects requiring community volunteers for 2010 include:
- improvements to the stairs and walkways to Cliff Beach
- improvements at the Sherry Lane swim docks
- Community storage building and picnic shelter
Our Board of Directors are made of Volunteers, with elections for Officer and Director positions alternating each year. Directors are assigned responsibilities to oversee maintenance and repair of facilities in our community including the boat launch, boat docking facilities, Kulikowski Channel, the swim docks, beach area and community places grass cutting.
